The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall hear and decide appeals for a variance to the ordinance so long as granting the variance will not contrary to the public interest and providing that the spirit of the ordinance shall be observed and substantial justice done.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m at the Helen Kleberg Groves Community Room, City Hall, 400 W King Ave.
